There are many advanced materials engineering companies with promising ideas – but very few have taken those ideas from R&D through to commercial viability. Our GC Shield armour and GC Halo anti-pathogen air filter technologies are fully commercialised, and we are now doing the same with our GC Thermo-Flo thermal management technologies.

GC Thermo-Flo is demonstrating breakthrough cooling performance in our GC Labs, and we are developing this technology for a wide range of cooling systems – with a focus on datacentres. We expect that GC Thermo-Flo technologies will halve the electricity consumption of datacentre cooling systems versus existing cooling systems, and we expect that these energy cost savings will drive strong customer demand.

For this private funding round, we have kept the share price the same as in our 2025 funding rounds. The minimum investment is £1,008 and we expect that this funding round will be eligible for EIS tax relief for UK taxpayers.
